We’re the Davis family!

Connor is a career firefighter, and Kailey a registered nurse. Two people who understand the value of strength, resilience, and showing up when it matters most. Fitness has always been a central part of their lives, and owning a gym has been a long-held dream that’s finally come to life through CrossFit Obsidian.

CrossFit has had a meaningful impact on our family, and we’re passionate about creating a space where others can experience that same transformation, physically, mentally, and together, as a community.

When you walk through our doors, there’s a good chance you’ll meet our kids too, and we would love to meet yours too! They’re a big part of this journey with us and are almost always nearby. We love being in the gym together as a family, and even more, we love getting to share that environment with you.
